First Data contracted with Darland to build its Resources Output Services Facility, located in Omaha Nebraska. The 202,000 square foot warehouse facility is located in the Omaha Industrial Foundation near Eppley Airfield. Components of the facility include a computer room and data facility, an automated printing area, an automated mail sorting component, a warehouse for paper storage, a machine maintenance component and staff office space. Products are printed, packaged and sorted at this facility. Bulk mail is packaged into airline containers, loaded and shipped to the airport for delivery.
