Moving and storage consultants, I-Go Van & Storage, hired Darland to design-build their 64,000-square-foot distribution center. The over-sized precast panels measured 45 feet in height, giving the warehouse a 36-foot clear height. Planning and budgeting early on helped to ensure details like clear height and dock loading capabilities met the clients needs.
