Darland was selected to build this 102,000-square-foot warehouse facility for the Nebco Company. The warehouse is situated on 11.57 acres in northwest Omaha.
The facility features 35-foot clear height, 19 dock doors, two-story offices with 5,002 square feet on each floor, 4,400 square feet of cooler space and 16,000 square feet of freezer space.
