Previously in the tri-state area of Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio, Urban Active Fitness awarded the construction of their first facility outside of their traditional market to Darland based on recent experience in fitness center projects and Darland's confidence in meeting the aggressive schedule.

Darland worked closely with the out-of-state architect by providing detailed cost analysis for various life safety options as needed to navigate Omaha's building code requirements.

The two-story fitness center boast a full spectrum of amenities. Indoor pool, panoramic indoor track, two floors of state-of-the-art fitness, cardio cinema, women's only area, locker rooms with saunas, and a kids's playroom with basketball, movie area, interactive fitness gaming and an infant area.
