24 Hour Fitness in Kansas City Area Complete
Darland was hired by the developer to build the shell building and by 24 Hour Fitness to complete the interior improvements. The Darland project team included Bill Vandenberg as Project Manager, Mike Thomsen as Project Engineer and Ron Schoening as field Superintendent.
The building was constructed using site-cast concrete walls with inlaid brick and synthetic stucco. In addition to the cardio and weight training area, the building also has a sauna, steam room, spa, large aerobic room and a child care center. Darland has 24 Hour Fitness under construction in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
