Acting as the general contractor, Darland completed updates to the exterior fascia, replaced the roof and resurfaced the parking lot to this Shopko anchored shopping center.

The project consisted of demolishing the storefronts and replacing them using metal studs, stucco, precast, cultured store, glass/glazing as well as exterior lighting, giving the property a fresh new look. The client requested that all the existing businesses be able to remain open during the remodel. Darland was able to arrange the construction work to accommodate this request.

The Darland project team included Troy Deats as the Project Manager and Larry Burke as the Field Superintendent. Additional users of the shopping center include: Little King, Midwest Oriental Foods, Liquid Courage, JM Properties, LB Sports and the Diabetes Center.
