Construction began this month on a new corporate headquarters for Home Instead Senior Care in the Bank of the West Business Park at 132nd and Dodge Streets in Omaha, Nebraska. The new 4-story, 60,000 SF building will make a statement for this rapidly expanding, international company.

Incorporating brick, pre-cast concrete, metal panels and curtain wall systems the building will be recognizable from multiple vantage points in the city. The building also provides for enclosed, conditioned executive parking, exterior verandas and upper story decks allowing for unsurpassed views of Omaha.

The design-build team for Darland includes Alan Walters as the preconstruction manager, Kipp Dimig as the project manager and Mark Laughlin as the field superintendent. Holland Basham Architects is serving as the project architect.

Darland was privileged to work with Home Instead Senior Care on their previous building and hope this project proves to be as enjoyable as we strive to deliver another building at a higher standard.
