Darland Construction Co. has been awarded a construction assignment to build Omaha's first Urban Active Fitness, a full service fitness facility. The two-story fitness center is being constructed at 146th & West Maple Road, just west of Home Depot. The extensive facility will feature a running track, pool, saunas, spinning rooms, basketball and racquetball courts, tanning rooms and a kids play area. Urban Active is on schedule to be complete summer 2009.
