Darland was selected by Crawford County Memorial Hospital and their construction manager to perform as a prime contractor on multiple interior construction packages on this replacement critical-access hospital.  Darland’s scope in this project included a wide-range of disciplines, from framing, drywall and ceilings to doors, hardware and millwork to all finishes, including carpet, tile, paint and wallpaper.

The Crawford County Memorial Hospital project included a 78,000 square foot replacement hospital and 16,000 square foot adjoined provider-based rural health clinic, along with an ambulance garage and maintenance building.  The hospital features 25 private patient rooms with their own private bath and 4 labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum suites.  The single-level facility includes a dedicated ER entrance with an enclosed ambulance bay protecting patients from the weather, enhanced privacy and security features, an MRI system and a state-of-the-art surgical suite.
