Lift Solutions employed Darland to design-build this forklift service center.  This was a build-to-suit project intended to combine two existing Omaha facilities.  Darland also provided development services such as site selection, feasibility analysis and other due diligence.

This building has unique features including a paint booth, a service pit and a steam cleaning bay, all made necessary by the nature of Lift Solution’s business.
