American Title made a decision to combine their Bellevue and Omaha offices and engaged Darland along with Holland Basham Architects to collaborate on the project.  Darland was chosen for our expertise in preconstruction activities, such as value engineering and design assistance, as well as our team approach to construction.

American Title wanted to ensure the new building was functional and provided a first-class working environment for employees.  Darland and Holland Basham worked closely together to keep these requirements in the scope of the project.  One essential component was to include a backup generator to keep the company operational in case of a power outage.  Another element was to install 20,000 square feet of  raised flooring for easy access to data cabling.  Other features that enhance the working environment include upgrades to the heating and cooling, indirect lighting, and noise reduction systems.
