Darland was hired to design-build the California Place office building within a nine month schedule. California Place is located in the Bank of the West Business Park in Omaha. This building features 35,186 SF of office space, a two-story atrium lobby and a 16,630 SF heated underground parking garage.

Tenants of the new California Place include Home Instead Senior Care, A.G. Edwards and Beck Orthodontics. Darland also performed the tenant finishes for all these tenants.
