Darland completed One California located at 136th & California in the Bank of the West Business Park in Omaha, Nebraska.

The soaring four-story, 68,232 SF office structure consists of a steel frame, wrapped with brick, precast concrete and glass. Tenants of the project enjoy a 17,058 SF underground, heated parking and upscale common areas.

Darland was selected to manage the construction of One California by the developer, Lockwood Development, after competing with two other Omaha builders for the project.
