Darland completed the construction of Phase I of Olathe Gateway in the Kansas City area.  Phase I of this project consisted of four retail buildings designed for boutique shops and restaurants, as well as a free-standing Starbucks.  When fully completed, Olathe Gateway will be a large mixed-use project anchored by Bass Pro Shops.

Some unique features Slaggie Architects incorporated into the design of Phase I include buildings of varying heights, styles and colors; a central amphitheater for outdoor concerts; and extensive landscaping and pedestrian walkways.
