Under a negotiated contract, Darland was retained by Cormac Company to build a 22,000 square foot bar and restaurant for the Upstream Brewing Company.

The main floor features a brewery, restaurant seating, open kitchen and a four-sided community bar. The lower level is used for larger private parties and events.  The second floor features a pool table area, additional restaurant seating, large bar, private rooms and a martini room.
