Village Pointe South is a  mixed-use center that Darland worked with the developer to complete.  The center is an 8 acre development located at the entrance of the Village Pointe lifestyle center in West Omaha.  Village Pointe South offers retail and office space, as well as a two-story bank.

Darland was selected by Quantum Quality Real Estate to build Phase I of the project, a 26,000 SF, multi-tenant retail building. While under construction, Darland was then invited by Village Pointe Pediatrics to design-build their 5,000 SF leased space.

Darland was also chosen to build Phase II of the project. This phase included building 21,433 SF of multi-tenant retail shops, 6,951 SF of second floor office space and a 11,000 SF , two-story bank building with drive thru.
