Under a negotiated contract, Darland was retained to build this specialized call/data center for ADT. The center is a 43,600 square foot, high-tech data facility where commercial and residential security systems are monitored.

Special features include 20,000 square feet of raised floor, computer and equipment rooms. Built to withstand up to 250 mph winds, and an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) backed by two 1200 KW Caterpillar diesel-powered generators.
