Darland was hired to build Westroads Pointe, a Class A office facility, in Omaha. The owner and architect, BCDM (formerly ZBM) chose Darland to build the firm's headquarters, which would double as an architectural showpiece. The 36,000 square foot office building features a masonry base, with a steel and glass structure. The site also features a 24-stall heated parking garage.
