About the Project
Darland completed the CHI Health Clinic in Elkhorn. The 28,700-square-foot building is Darland’s third healthcare project with Denver-based real estate developer, NexCore Group.
Located near 205th and Main Streets, the clinic offers primary care, physical therapy, behavioral health services and specialty care, as well as imaging services, a laboratory, and a retail pharmacy. In addition, the clinic has dedicated space for visiting specialists, and the 3.62-acre site has parking for 177 vehicles.
“The state of healthcare is better in Nebraska and Western Iowa because of the commitment and investment CHI Health/CommonSpirit has made to this region. We are privileged to be a part of that commitment,” said Todd Varney, chief development officer and managing partner of NexCore Group.
