About the Project
Darland completed the new Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales facility. This nearly 60,000-square-foot expansion is strategically located just off Highway 50 and I-80 in Papillion, marking a significant addition for one of the largest semi-trailer dealers in the United States.
The new location stands as a key regional hub designed to enhance Mid-States Utility’s operational capabilities and customer service. The project features a modern, state-of-the-art trailer shop, an expansive parts warehouse, a driver’s lounge, and modern administrative offices. A notable aspect of the project includes over 11 acres of exterior paving, designed to accommodate the extensive inventory and traffic flow of large semi-trailers.
Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales operates four locations across Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota, serving as a trusted dealer of Utility, Demco, and Extreme semi-trailers, including reefers, dry vans, flatbeds, drop decks, and side dump trailers. As a family-owned and operated full-service dealership, Mid-States Utility is recognized for its excellent reputation and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
