Darland is underway on a new, mixed-use development anchored by Pinnacle Bank at the northeast corner of 84th Street and West Dodge Road. The new building will feature a 7,500-square-foot main level with a retail bank branch and space for one additional tenant. The second level will include more than 9,000-square-feet of additional, leased office space.
The new bank branch will replace Pinnacle’s existing location at the southwest corner of the same intersection. A modern design and high-end finishes will call attention to one of Omaha’s busiest intersections. The project is set for completion in spring 2019.
