About the Project
Darland completed the Children’s Hospital & Medical Center Spring Valley Clinic near 50th and F Streets. The more than 8,000-square-foot clinic features 14 general exam rooms with dedicated areas for radiology, audiology, outpatient procedures, and behavioral health.
Before the project kicked-off and up until the building was turned over, Darland’s construction team looked for ways to cut costs while maintaining the integrity of the design. By value engineering early on, Darland was able to deliver the project under budget.
