Darland completed the 300,000-square-foot ‘Warehouse III’ in the R&R Commerce Park near Hwy. 370 and Hwy. 50 in Sarpy County.
Design features include 32-foot clear interior height, 50-foot column bay spacing, insulated precast panels, a steel girder roof system, curtain wall glazed glass entrances, and rear dock areas.
The warehouse is part of the R&R Commerce Park, a development featuring more than 1 million square feet across four buildings and 77 acres.
