Darland was hired to convert a former West Omaha real estate office into two separate spaces. The nearly 18,000-square-foot remodel project was done for two tenants with unique needs. Legacy Eye Care occupied 7,650 square feet on one side, with an Arbor Bank branch filling out the remainder of the building.

After opening their doors less than a decade before, Legacy Eye Care’s rapidly growing optometry practice needed to expand. The new, state-of-the-art location was equipped with a full showroom, eight training and exam rooms, five physician offices and a contact lens training center.
