About the Project
Darland completed a new branch location for CharterWest Bank & Mortgage Center in South Omaha. The 6,114-square-foot facility will offer a full suite of financial services, including consumer and commercial banking as well as mortgage lending.
The building’s exterior features a distinctive Spanish style with a natural stone and EIFS finish, complemented by a barrel tile roof. The site utilizes permeable pavers instead of a traditional detention pond to manage stormwater runoff. The interior incorporates modern design elements, including demountable partitions and stone feature walls. CharterWest also offers a standalone ITM building at the new location.
