About the Project
Darland completed a more than 73,000-square-foot warehouse to be occupied by Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. The facility features 14 dock doors, two maintenance bays, a vending machine repair shop, and 7,350 square feet of office space. To maximize the space, the warehouse features a minimum clear height of 24 feet.
Darland Project Manager, John Maderak, worked directly with the tenant to ensure the building met the company’s specifications and was completed on time and within the budget.
