About the Project
When Dr. Tom Rudersdorf was looking to build a new space for his second-generation dental practice, he contacted Darland for preliminary pricing and a site evaluation. Darland engaged Alley Poyner Macchietto Architects for design and worked with “Dr. Tom” from start to finish to ensure the building would meet the budget and the business’s needs for many years to come.
The more than 6,000-square-foot, wood-framed building is divided into two tenant bays. Exterior finishes include brick and clerestory windows overlooking the patient exam area. Approximately 4,300 square feet is occupied by the dental office with an additional 2,100 square feet for a second tenant.
Darland completed the interior finish at Family Dentistry, which included 10 patient exam areas, lab, sterile supply room, panoramic x-ray room, various offices and a waiting and reception area.
