About the Project
Darland completed a more than 400,000-square-foot warehouse near the Nebraska Crossing Outlets in Gretna. The development, led by NewStreet Properties, aimed to fill a growing demand for warehouse space along the I-80 corridor in the Omaha metro.
Warehouse I features precast walls, 36-foot clear height and a cross-docking system to improve efficiency and reduce costs for tenants.
The 170-acre Gretna Logistics Park is set to be the Omaha Metro’s largest contiguous industrial park with nearly two million square feet of industrial and warehouse space.
