About the Project
Darland completed buildings S, T and U at Nebraska Crossing outlets near Gretna, NE. All buildings were completed in alignment with the tenants’ exacting national brand standards.
Building U (TJ Maxx and HomeGoods)
Darland completed the more than 37,000-square-foot building U under a tight timeline. During preconstruction, the owner requested the schedule be accelerated so the new tenants could be in before the busy back-to-school shopping season. Darland worked alongside subcontractors to make it happen. Despite a January start date, the building was turned over after just six months of construction—nearly two months ahead of the owner’s original schedule.
Building S (H&M)
Darland completed the core and shell for national retailer,H&M. The two-story building was the largest store the retailer had ever built in Nebraska at more than24,000-square-feet.
Building T (Ulta Beauty)
The construction of the 10,288-square-foot Ulta Beauty required extra attention to customer and employee safety as it was located near the mall’s major entrance and just feet away from one of the outlet’s main pedestrian walkways.
