About the Project
Darland Construction delivered Warehouse IV, a 260,000-square-foot industrial facility and the final phase of development within the R&R Commerce Park. Strategically positioned to mirror and back up to the dock configurations of Warehouse III, this building completes the park’s master-planned layout and enhances overall site logistics and freight circulation.
Warehouse IV incorporates 32-foot clear height, 50-foot structural bay spacing, and insulated precast wall panels, supported by a steel girder roof system optimized for long-term performance. The design also features curtain-wall glazed entrances and efficient rear dock areas, offering flexibility for a wide range of distribution and light-industrial users.
With the completion of Warehouse IV, the R&R Commerce Park now comprises more than one million square feet of Class A industrial space across four buildings on 77 acres, solidifying its position as one of the region’s premier logistics and warehouse developments. Darland partnered with Schemmer Associates to bring this phase to a successful close, delivering a high-quality, market-ready facility for future tenants.
