When Urban Active Fitness built their first fitness facility in Nebraska, they hired Darland to manage the construction. Urban Active ultimately selected Darland based on experience with similar projects and our team's willingness to meet their aggressive schedule.

Darland worked closely with the company's out-of-state architect by providing detailed cost analysis for various life safety options as needed to navigate Omaha’s building code requirements.  

The two-story fitness center offers a full spectrum of amenities.  Indoor pool, panoramic indoor track, two floors of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, cardio cinema, women’s only area, locker rooms with saunas, and a kid’s playroom with basketball, movie area, interactive fitness gaming and an infant area.
