Quantum Quality Real Estate selected Darland to build both phase I and phase II of Village Pointe South. The mixed-use retail center is located on an 8-acre site adjacent to the Village Pointe Shopping Center in West Omaha. Darland completed more than 65,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurant, medical and office space—including a two-story bank—for the development.
