Darland marked the official groundbreaking of one of Omaha's newest medical office buildings-CHI Health Clinic Millard. The new, 38,844-square-foot clinic will feature 59 exam rooms and focus on primary care with specialties including: radiology, ultrasound, behavioral health, nutrition and physical therapy. The facility will be located on the property south of the existing clinic near 153rd and Q Streets.

"This clinic's location will be comfortably familiar," said CHI Chief Operating Officer, Kathy Bressler. "Our mission is to help create healthier communities and we are so proud to be part of Millard."

The project, which is slated for completion in spring 2020, is through a partnership between CHI Health and Denver-based NexCore Group, a national health care real estate developer.
