More than 150,000 people in Nebraska will soon have greater access to high-quality healthcare with the expansion of Faith Regional Health Services (FRHS) in Norfolk. 

Faith Regional selected Darland as its construction manager on a 130,000-square-foot medical office building, parking garage and skywalk. Construction began in September 2017 and is expected to be completed in spring 2019. "As healthcare continues to evolve, it's important for Faith Regional to be able to move forward and plan accordingly for those kind of challenges and to continue to provide the highest quality of health care to northeast and northcentral Nebraska," said Mark Klosterman, FRHS President and CEO.

The new, four-story 'South Medical Office' will include an outpatient surgery center on the main floor, doubling the size of Faith Regional's current outpatient surgical space. The remainder of the building will be dedicated to women's and children's services, surgical and medical specialty offices and orthopedics.
