When Noddle Companies decided to do a facelift on it’s Harvey Oaks Shopping Plaza they negotiated with Darland to complete the work. The scope of work included refacing 1,000 linear feet of shopping store fronts including Reflections Salon and Romeo’s Mexican Food and Pizza. The shopping center remained fully occupied throughout the remodel. Darland created a schedule that would not interfere with day-to-day business and called for a majority of the work to be done in the early morning hours. Darland also resurfaced the center's parking lot and replaced light poles and fixtures. The aesthetic improvement project was completed in just six months.
