Darland managed the construction of 'Phase I' of Hazel Dell Crossing, a retail shopping center in Noblesville, Indiana. Hazel Dell is a lifestyle shopping center consisting of three separate buildings constructed of steel, with stone and stucco exteriors. The entire retail center consists of 323,000 square feet and is part of Noblewest, a 680-acre mixed used development north of Indianapolis.
