Darland recently completed the 300,000-square-foot 'Warehouse III' in the R&R Commerce Park near Hwy. 370 and Hwy 50 in Sarpy County.

Design features include 32-foot clear interior height, 50-foot column bay spacing, insulated precast panels, a steel girder roof system, curtain wall glazed glass entrances and rear dock areas.

When complete, the development will feature more than one million square feet of warehouse space across four buildings and 77 acres.

In May 2021, Darland began construction on 'Warehouse IV,' which is set to be the final addition in this phase of the development. The 260,000-square-foot building features all of the same amenities and design elements as the first three buildings. Construction is slated for completion in summer 2022.

R&R Realty Group is handling leasing for R&R Commerce Park.
