Darland was hired by Cormac Company to construct Grayhawk Village Shopping Center near 144th and Maple Streets in Omaha. The 228,700 sq. ft. development includes large retailers, national chains and local businesses. Darland worked to meet the unique building needs of each space. Grayhawk Village includes major retailers and restaurants including Lowe's Home Improvement, Michael's Arts & Crafts, Red Robin, TCBY, Buffalo Wild Wings and Chipotle.
